Hi, I’m Beth.

I’ve spent over 40 years in nonprofit leadership, walking the same path you’re on. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and spiritually drained. Through team building, retreats and spiritual direction, I help faith-driven leaders like you reconnect with God and themselves so they can lead from a place of abundance and joy.

I believe the best way to serve others is to serve from a place of inner peace and abundance, owning God’s personal love for you. Let me guide you in the transformation you long for, as we make space and practice soul care rhythms that Jesus and other spiritual teachers have taught us in the Christian tradition.

Questions

Discover the practical tools and spiritual wisdom you need to heal, grow, and flourish in your life and as a leader.  

  • A listening relationship where two people intentionally look at one person’s life to see how God is working in the everyday activities of that life. The “director” is simply a companion who offers a safe place, without judgement, shame or directives, to the “directee”. The directee brings questions, fears, anger, longings and desires to a conversation, in order to discover God in all of their realities. Spiritual direction is a radical hospitable space, where people are welcomed completely in their “as is” condition, invited to talk about whatever they are experiencing in their soul.

  • The typical spiritual direction relationship meets for 1/month for a 50 minute session on Zoom or in person.

  • Spiritual direction is not therapy or mentoring, so if a person is looking for directives and advice, this is not the space. SD is for people who want to explore a deepening in their relationship with the Lord, and may feel stuck in their current spiritual life.

  • Absolutely. Spiritual directors are held to the same confidentiality standards as counselors. SD is a sacred space.
